If you bought your electronic ticket with a credit or debit card less than a year ago, you may request your online refund.
All refunds are credited to the same credit or debit card that was used to buy the tickets. If that card is no longer valid, you must request your refund at your local TACA Contact Center.
Refunds are issued in accordance to the restrictions of the purchased airfare. Some taxes are not refundable and there may also be a service charge which is deductible from the amount to be refunded.
