Please read the instructions carefully before requesting your refund.

Currently, this service is available only for

e-tickets purchased through TACA.COM less than one year ago.

If your ticket does not match any of the previous conditions, please click here to obtain more information.

All refunds are credited to the same credit card that was used to buy the tickets. If that card is no longer valid, the refund must be requested in person at a local TACA Center

	Refunds are issued in accordance with the restrictions for the airfare purchased. Some taxes are not refundable and there may be a service charge of up to US $100.00 plus applicable taxes per ticket, deductible from the amount to be refunded.
	I understand that refunds are subject to the restrictions and penalties governing each airfare and, therefore, there is no guarantee that my ticket may be fully or partially refunded.
